Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return in your communication.
Return Process:
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your returned item.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Exceptions:
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria may be subject to a restocking fee or may be rejected altogether.
